When ordering, please keep in mind that our Body Crèmes are made with oils that will melt in high temperatures. We carefully package these items but have no control over the order once it leaves the Tsuri warehouse. Direct sunlight, hot shipping trucks, and other factors may affect your product. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds for melted products that are shipped during the summer months. We recommend stocking up on these products during cooler months. When ordering Body Crème in the summer, please make sure your order is shipped to an address where it will be brought inside immediately, not left in the sun. Please note: Melting has no effect on the product's efficiency and benefits. In the event your product arrives melted, place it in a refrigerator and whip it back up once cool.
