How to Use

Use the steel ball applicator to roll the infused oil onto the pulse points, paying special attention to wrists, neck, insides of elbows, and behind the knees. To use as a diffused oil, remove the steel ball applicator and use the container as a dropper, adding 5-8 drops of oil.
